All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
Prices are listed in ZAR and may change without notice
Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability)
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes and costs will be provided at checkout
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of consumable products, we may only accept returns for damaged and faulty items that haven’t been opened.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
